About Us With the purchase of its first pipeline system in October 2007, Tristate Midstream LP began its business in northern Louisiana, under the name Tristate North Louisiana Midstream, LLC. From an original acquisition of 26 miles of pipe and compression facilities, the current system has grown to over 120 miles of a comprehensive network of pipe and treating facilities. Plans for continued development and expansion are under way in both our north Louisiana system and in our newest system in Sabine parish, operating under the name of Tristate Sabine, LLC.
Tristate Midstream’s capital and growth are supported by its investment partner, Energy Spectrum Capital. The Executive Committee operates under the direction of Glen P. Harrod and Mike Noack.
Glen P. Harrod serves as President and CEO of Tristate Midstream LP. Glen has been part of the energy industy for over seventeen years, with significant operational and commercial experience in production, midstream, and marketing. As a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA, Glen was responsible for engineering and operations of production and processing facilities for Arco Oil & Gas and Vastar Resources, and later served as Vice President for Koch Midstream. He has also been responsible for the midstream and marketing businesses of Matador Petroleum, Tom Brown, Inc., Encana, and National Fuel Marketing Company before co-founding Tristate Midstream.
Mike Noack serves as Chief Operating Officer of Tristate Midstream LP. Mike has been part of the energy industry for over twenty years. His experience includes production, midstream engineering and operations. A Mechanical Engineer, Mike spent eight years as an engineer and operations manager for Shell Western E&P. Over the last twelve years Mike has served as Vice President of Jordan Oil Company and Cimmarron Gathering, two gathering and production companies with focuses in Louisiana and north Texas. Mike also successfully started and managed his own gathering and production company in South Louisiana before co-founding Tristate Midstream.
A highly qualified team of engineers, operational personnel, project planners, landmen, volume/allocation managers, and an administrative staff round out the Tristate team. An entreprenurial spirit, a quest for excellence, and a desire to meet customer needs through specialized operational and business planning permeate the atmosphere of Tristate and make it a great match for any size producer.
