Operations

 

Tristate has a proven track record of acquiring, constructing, owning and operating natural gas gathering and treating facilities while providing the foremost level of customer service. Gathering, conditioning, liquids extraction, compression from field pressure to high pressure, dehydration and redelivery are some of the midstream services Tristate provides.

 

Tristate ETX, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tristate Midstream II, LLC, began operations in November of 2012 with an acquisition consisting of approximately 200 miles of natural gas pipeline in Rusk, Gregg, Harrison, Leon, Cherokee, Marion, Henderson and Smith Counties, Texas.  Through integration of four subsequent acquisitions located in Navarro, Freestone, Rusk, and Harrison Counties during the first half of 2013, Tristate currently gathers from over 350 receipt points, operates over 300 miles of pipeline consisting of 21 separate gathering systems.  Current throughput is approximately 75 MMcf per day with significant capacity available for expansion.  Operations for the ETX assets are managed out of Tristate’s office in Longview, Texas.

 

Tristate NLA, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tristate Midstream III, LLC, began operations in January of 2016 with an acquisition consisting of approximately 16 miles of natural gas pipeline in Caddo Parish, Louisiana.  The system currently has delivery points into four downstream markets and provides a strong gathering footprint in the heart of the Cotton Valley and Haynesville plays.
